Hour entry's invoicing quantity. This can be used to update the invoicing quantity when UseInvoiceQuantity is true.

This information is available after the work hour entry has been invoiced. Sometimes it is not possible to invoice the full hour entry from customer, and because of this, the invoice quantity can differ from the quantity.
