All0 The whole invoice PDF is returned: invoice, invoice breakdown attachments and invoice PDF attachments.
AttachmentOnly1 Only the invoice breakdown attachment and invoice PDF attachments are included.
InvoiceOnly2 Only the invoice is included. Does not include invoice breakdown attachment and invoice PDF attachments.
