Gets Phase members by Phase GUID.

	string phaseGUID,
	bool onlyActive

Function GetPhaseMembersByPhaseGUID ( 
	phaseGUID As String,
	onlyActive As Boolean
) As List(Of String)

phaseGUID String: Phase GUID, identifies the phase where to get members from.
onlyActive Boolean: If true, gets only the members that are active.

ListString
List of String (User GUIDs).

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NotFoundException	Phase could not be found.
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.

Remarks

Notice that if phase doesn't have members defined, all case members are phase members. In this case this method will return case members.
