Exceptions

Exception	Condition
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
NoPermissionException	API user does not have permission to perform the action.
ValidationException	Input data was not valid.
NotFoundException	Account or Accoung group could not be found.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.

Remarks

When the list contains account's existing account groups they are ignored.
