True, if delete is successful, otherwise false.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.
NoPermissionException	API user does not have permission to perform the action.
NotFoundException	Product category could not be found.
