Gets accounts, which have been changed on the given time period.

startDateTime DateTime: Start date/time of the time period.
options Int32: Options, which act as additional criteria in the query, see AccountGetOptions enum.

ListAccount
List of account objects.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NotFoundException	Accounts could not be found.
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.
