A unique identifier of the user.

Return Value

UserRights
A user's rights object.
Exceptions

GeneralFailureExceptionAny other fault.
Remarks
User's access rights can be a combination of: - Rights from the access rights profile that has been assigned for the user. - User-specific access rights, which override the user's access rights profile's right. - Other access rights, which can be only defined on user level.
