Parameters

phaseInfo  Phase
Phase object.

Mandatory data members:

  • GUID.
  • CaseGUID. Identifies the case where the phase is added to.
  • Name.

Phase
Phase object.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
AuthenticationFailureExceptionThe caller could not be authenticated.
NoPermissionExceptionAPI user does not have permission to perform the action.
ValidationExceptionInput data was not valid.
GeneralFailureExceptionAny other fault.
Remarks
The name of root phase can not be updated. Root phase doesn't have a parent, since it represents the case itself.
