Parameters

caseInfo  Case
Case object.

Mandatory data members:

  • CaseGUID.
  • Either CaseOwnerUserGUID or CaseOwnerUserCode. Identifies the user who will become case owner.
  • Either AccountGUID or AccountNumber. Identifies the account of the case.
  • Either CurrencyGUID or CurrencyShortform. Identifies case currency.
  • Name.

NoPermissionExceptionAPI user does not have permission to perform the action.
