Function AddNewActivityResourceParticipant (

) As Boolean

activityGUID String: Activity GUID, identifies the activity to add the resource participant to.
resourceGUID String: Resource GUID, identifies the resource to add to the activity.

Boolean
True if participant was successfully added, otherwise false.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
NoPermissionException	API user does not have permission to perform the action.
ValidationException	Input data was not valid.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.
