Function RemoveActivityUserParticipant ( 
	activityGUID As String,
	userGUID As String
) As Boolean

activityGUID String: Activity GUID, identifies the activity that the user is a participant of.
userGUID String: User GUID, identifies the user to remove from the activity.

Boolean
True if participant was successfully deleted, otherwise false.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
AuthenticationFailureException	The caller could not be authenticated.
NoPermissionException	API user does not have permission to perform the action.
ValidationException	Input data was not valid.
GeneralFailureException	Any other fault.
